A caller raised concerns about cases where some hospitals fail to dispense prescribed medications to patients enrolled under NHIA. Responding through the programme, the NHIA State Coordinator in Imo State, Dr. Chimezie Ezennabuike, stated that the Authority does not condone such practices and urged affected patients to report any healthcare provider involved in such acts for appropriate action.
